The 3D model I drew in November 2025 to plan the office, the laundry and storage build, the stairs and the bar before any of it was torn out: the way I checked what would fit, what had to move, and where the trades had to come in.
Furniture and fixtures are the modelling library's own catalogue pieces, stand-ins for scale. The plan has changed since: the bathroom option was dropped for the office build, and the stairs are being rebuilt on the same footprint.
